I appreciated that in advance I received a text message with the name and picture of the plumber that was actually coming to my house. He had everything he needed and finished the job in under 2 hours. After he was done, he walked me through the regular maintenance and upkeep I needed to do to keep the hot water heater lasting for years. They came out with hot water heater, I purchased with Home depot. The guys were polite and... professional and throughly explained the additional add on needed due to building code updates. I was surprised they fully cleaned up after there selves and left the area clean which is amazingly since most places don't do good job of cleaning up My roommate was impressed they fully went over the water heater and explained the temperature they set water heater and explain the lights.read more

Woke up this morning to a rusted floor of my water heater. Went through Home Depot because I have... an account there. True Blue was the company they contracted for the install, and I'm glad they did. They sent a courteous gentleman named Micheal. Micheal was the complete professional, explaining everything he was having to do step-by-step and why he was doing it. Gave me some tips on what to do to prolong the life of my house and my equipment. Wasn't a huge shocker to learn he was trained as a union plumber. Best kind of plumber because they make sure they are the best trained workers. I've got other work I'll need to get done with the plumbing in my house as I am refinishing a basement. After today, I already know who will be doing the work.read more

Called Home Depot to get a new hot water heater installed. They sent out Micheal A. And Chris H... from True Blue. They quickly realized we had an issue that would affect the life of our new water heater. They worked with me to fix the additional issues and help me stay on budget. I had Bob Hamilton plumbing out Sunday for this same call that Mike just fixed, now understand Mike charged me 285 to fix my issue. Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews. Mike A. came over on short notice on Saturday for an... emergency that prevented us from being able to turn on the water to the house. It was the weekend, and he was still there within an hour of me placing the phone call. I haven't ever experienced such high quality service, it was the simplest process and I HIGHLY recommend using True Blue Plumbing. They do free estimates and don't charge extra for weekend visits. We will be using them exclusively in the future.read more

Our hot water heater went out and Anthony saved the day. I thought the procedure was to simply... remove the old one and plug in the new one into the existing connections. Anthony’s install of the new one was far beyond what I thought we were getting. He removed the old and replaced with all new. He went above and beyond to ensure it was all correct, and the finished product looks very professional and organized. He didn’t talk is into anything extra, and it is exactly what we needed. Edward came out the day after requesting a quote. Went through things that I wanted worked on. He... worked with me to tackle a portion that was within budget of my project. THE QUOTE WAS INSTANT. Came out on a Friday, made an attempt to squeeze the work in on Saturday but Monday was good considering I received the quotes from the other guys on the following Wednesday. Devin came out and got everything done. Did a great job. walked me through the process before AND after he was done to ensure he hit everything and to also make sure I understood what he did and why. This was my first major plumbing project for my home so I didn’t know what to expect, but I needed things done in a timely manner. When those other two quotes finally came in 2 days after the work had already been done it was even more of a relief to see True Blue was even the best option as far as price. AMAZING company! We have had a LOT of plumbers in the 6 years we have lived in our home. All have... been less than professional, late, canceled on us, or didn't correctly repair our plumbing issues. ANTHONY was not only the most respectful and professional plumber we have ever had, but he was a HUMAN! He came on last minute notice to evaluate some valve issues causing our son's bathtub faucet to randomly switch to scolding hot water. After his evaluation, he offered to fix things that day. Due to our son's nap schedule, we asked to try for a different day. He offered the next morning, and arrived ON TIME to get work done. As a father himself, he could see my son was more interested in following him around than eating breakfast, so he asked if he could show him things. He took my son through the whole house to have him help open the faucets after water was shut off, and also showed him how to do things. Let him look at his tool box, and had him help hands on with holding some of the smaller parts. I could NOT BELIEVE how kind and caring he was. He not only finished all the work in order for me to get my son down for his nap, but he also shared personal stories of his time as a stay at home father... as he could see the struggle of me trying to make it through the toddler phase as a stay at home mom with my son. I have never met a business professional with such care and compassion for not only his job, but for his customers. We will NEVER use another company again, and will always make sure Anthony is our plumber for future work! So happy to have found this company, and him!read more

Edward was such a great plumber! He was scheduled for a 3 hour time window and came 30 minutes... earlier than the time window even started!! Saturday morning, of course, I noticed water on the basement floor coming from the master bathroom.... First of all I did not expect to get help today. The technician explained the process, gave his thoughts on optional add-ons (with no pressure to buy any), and arrived on time. We were in the process of selling & during the inspection the buyer found a issue with the sewer.... On a Sunday at 7:30 we sent a request on Angie's list for a plumber to return my call. True Blue answered me in less than an hour and we got scheduled within a day. I met with Anthony and he was able to diagnose the problem and get me a quote. We had other quotes and not one of them offered to clean up after the repairs. Anthony was absolutely the best to work with. We decided to get a partial sewer replacement and a waterline fixed. He was great at communicating everything to us and even sent numerous pictures of the progress. They did such a great job of cleaning up and even worked on the weekends to get the job done!! I had a new power vented water heater installed through Home Depot and True Blue was their local... contractor. I had received several quotes and selected this option due to the quality of the product, competitive price and the solutions offered by True Blue. This was not a run-of-the-mill install, as we had to add a power-venting method out of an old house. Many scenarios and possible solutions were reviewed along the way with a number of bidders, but Devin came up with the best possible way to achieve the best results with the least disruption to the house. Home Depot set us up with True Blue Plumbing and we were totally amazed at how well this plumbing... company and our plumber, Devon York, took care of our situation. We had been without a kitchen sink and unable to run water for several days. Upon hearing that, True Blue was willing to get here in a hurry and handled things quickly and expertly. Had a serious drain problem that another plumbing company had been attempting to fix for a week and... a half. I contacted True Blue Plumbing as I was fed up every drain in my house being plugged with no fix in sight. I actually assumed I was to far away for True Blue to service! Wrong!! After talking to Bill from True Blue, they were at my residence in 2 hrs. They were able to get at least a partial drain of my pipes. The guys were back the next day and repaired my main drain. They also took the time to check every drain in the house and make sure each had proper drainage. So, in less the 2 days they were able to dig up and replace my main drain that had collapsed, check each drain and unclog the ones that were still clogged, that the other plumbing company couldn’t do in almost 2 weeks! And the cost of the repair was so reasonable compared to what other quotes were. They will take care of all of my future plumbing needs!! Hats off to a great butch of guys, and awesome company!!read more

Trent and Alex replaced a water heater at my home. Trent explained the entire process to me and... put me at ease before the process started. They checked my water pressure coming into the home and found it was extremely high and resolved that also, which was causing havoc to my other hardware in the home. FIVE STARS for Tarik and Mike who came and replaced my 30 year old water heater and updated the... ancient plumbing that was attached to it. ⭐️They investigated what I had in my old house (and nothing here is ever easy!) ⭐️⭐️They explained each step of the way what they were looking for, why they were looking for it and why it was important to update it or why it was ok to leave it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️They explained the cost of adding certain fixes before anything was done. They were clear about things that were preferred with modern systems, but not required (because I was concerned about cost!). ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️They were respectful of my house, were careful not to damage doorways, and did everything possible to not make messes or let water drain as they carried out my old tank. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️In addition to making sure I knew how my system worked when they were done, they cleaned up the wet spots that were left (that could have been drips from the dog drinking!), put away the ladder they used to access my old nasty attic where Tarik worked patiently and efficiently without complaint and closed the shed and the gate as they left. 🤩🤩 Having had a water heater that sprang a leak and needing to have it replaced as soon as possible was a frightening prospect for me, but Tarik and Mike were patient and kind and efficient and I am glad that they were here to make sure I have hot water once again! I had a toilet that kept filling the overflow. My plumbing provider for the last 5 years sent a... new tech out and he suggested a new toilet be installed for $635.12, since there was a hairline crack in the toilet. My regular tech came out and put in a new flapper but the real problem was the seal that goes to the toilet. I was so disappointed that my regular tech didn't identify the source of the leak and I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. I went to Lowes and requested a new toilet install and was contacted by within one day and the new unit was installed 3 days later. However, there was a leak which was caused by a hairline crack in the tank which was replaced within two days by the same competent plumber.
