Had a great experience with True Blue! Alex Manrique was our plumber and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. I... showed him the issue we were experiencing and he immediately knew what the problem was. He still went to check to confirm his assessment and also went so far as the check the water pressure to the house as a whole. He didn't try to upsell us on anything other than what he believed to be the issue. I felt confident in his assessment, so we moved forward with the repair while he was there and he completed the repair in just over an hour. Ever since, we have had no sign of the previous issue and the water pressure has been SO much better! Will definitely be using True Blue again and requesting Alex in the future.read more

True Blue Plumbing legitimately saved our butts! Our main line ruptured and backed up into the house late in the... afternoon, at the end of the business day. I called and talked to (so believe) Jamie and she literally ran and grabbed Tarik who was wrapping up for the day and sent him out to get us temporarily fixed up. Tarik explained the issue, walked me through all the details, and got us lined up witching a couple days to get our main line replaced and back up and running. He was friendly, professional, and explained everything to me throughout the process which made me way more comfortable than I’d expected. Not only did they show up on time but 30 minutes early. The 3 men that were here I must apologize as I did not get there names or I would list them on here. Although Alex, the installer was very polite, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job, that is the only reason True... Blue gets 2 stars. 1st, I didn't hire True Blue, Home Depot did, but True Blue, kept rescheduling my appointments, at first, I was more than patient and then, I wasn't. After 5 days with no hot water, I was pretty hot. They "promised" to be here between 8 and 11 Saturday morning, and I told them I had to be at a funeral at 1. I was told that wouldn't be a problem. Because of a miscommunication between them and their tech, he ran late, they called and again I reminded them about the funeral, again, no problem. I didn't make it to the funeral. Don't use True Blue Plumbing if you need something done on time. Loved meeting Alex!read more

Critical: Professionalism Will never use their service again. My rental house had no hot water Instead of... troubleshooting he looked at the water heaters age said it's too old needs replaced and left. He sent me a quote for $2,500 which is $1,00 over national average. I called another company explained the issue and it took him 5 minutes to find the frozen pipe. The guy from True Blue just didn't want to get in the crawl space and do some actual work. I got a quote from the second place even though he said it was still working fine just old. The second place that actually fixed the issue quoted me $800 cheaper than True Blue.read more

The plumber was very polite and did a great job. I wanted my driveway drain cleared like the last time for 140$ 4... months ago. They recommended a water jet and getting the camera in there to really see what’s going on at that time. (There’s no bid to approve or even review to clear up questions or misunderstandings) So, this time around, I choose to go ahead and get a camera down there on top of clearing my drain....the camera can’t fit and there’s water in the pipe so we can’t see anything. I asked if I was still going to be charged for the camera work and turns out the camera work was a ‘free add on’ along with the 477$ water jet. Oh, so I’m basically paying for the same results x’s 3. “Sorry for the inconvenience” was their reply...no I don’t think I’m going to call them again or recommend them unless they want to charge me a fair price. I don’t get to charge people for special equipment that doesn’t produce results so.....?read more

Had a serious drain problem that another plumbing company had been attempting to fix for a week and a half. I contacted... True Blue Plumbing as I was fed up every drain in my house being plugged with no fix in sight. I actually assumed I was to far away for True Blue to service! Wrong!! After talking to Bill from True Blue, they were at my residence in 2 hrs. They were able to get at least a partial drain of my pipes. The guys were back the next day and repaired my main drain. They also took the time to check every drain in the house and make sure each had proper drainage. So, in less the 2 days they were able to dig up and replace my main drain that had collapsed, check each drain and unclog the ones that were still clogged, that the other plumbing company couldn’t do in almost 2 weeks! And the cost of the repair was so reasonable compared to what other quotes were. They will take care of all of my future plumbing needs!! Hats off to a great butch of guys, and awesome company!!read more

Trent and Alex replaced a water heater at my home. Trent explained the entire process to me and put me at ease before... the process started. They fixed a frozen pipe that burst in my garage, they re-routed... some plumbing in my laundry room and installed a new hot water heater in my mechanical room. I had a toilet that kept filling the overflow. My plumbing provider for the last 5 years sent a new tech out and he... suggested a new toilet be installed for $635.12, since there was a hairline crack in the toilet. My regular tech came out and put in a new flapper but the real problem was the seal that goes to the toilet. I was so disappointed that my regular tech didn't identify the source of the leak and I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone. I went to Lowes and requested a new toilet install and was contacted by within one day and the new unit was installed 3 days later. However, there was a leak which was caused by a hairline crack in the tank which was replaced within two days by the same competent plumber. I will only use TrueBlue Plumbing LLC and was very impressed with their honesty and reasonable pricing! Marieread more
